Online access, no installation
Circular allows access to documents from any place via the internet, after logging in to an individual user account. It’s like having the whole document archive with you, but without burdening computer memory and building costly technical infrastructure. It’s a very comfortable and safe solution – especially as computers fail and break down quite often, while Circular is reliable and guarantees security.
How does Circular work?
Circular allows documents to be organised intuitively and lets you quickly find out which files you are currently working on. 
Circular ensures access to a full history of changes made to a document, because the system saves backup copies of files automatically and on a continuous basis. 
Circular allows you to assign a document to the person who will be working on it. 
In Circular each company employee can have their own account. Adding and editing individual users’ data is very easy to do. 
Files may be organised in folders, access to which can be limited to a selected group of users.
